We stayed in a standard room, walking distance to Mayakovskaya subway stop, just 10 minutes on foot. We appreciated fabulous facilities and people
-
The staff are professional, everyone. Located near Mikhail Bulgakov's Museum, the hotel had easy access to tverskaya street Would definitely go back, thanks.
-
location was really good, rooms were huge.

Excellent, friendly, efficient, English-speaking staff-my flight was delayed and I didn't check in til 2am and there was no problem. Great location. Fascinating Soviet architecture and old charm. Great weekend rates.
Free WiFi only in the lobby. Weak air conditioning. Noisy room. Curtains too thin so woken up by the sun.

Starting with the transfer that Peking hotel is " assure" from the airport... is not showing up . I whait 50 minutes and nobody came. I called the hotel and they saied they will call me back . they don't. Hotel staff is not understand proper English. They think they understand and they react totally opposite. it’s crazy. I call them from a cell no and they said they will call me back on the same no and call the cell back home which was off. Anyway I called the hotel days in afront for 7 times to make sure that I will have transfer. Only one person from staff understand what I need. " transfer "?///? " react like " we don’t transfer money ":)) If you ask if the transfer is chargeable they will not understand the word. First they confirmed is free and looking at the condition of the hotel and the price I belived its free of charge. Russians are very proud about this hotel and the other six building like this. Are build in Salin's era and they think are the best building in the city. Trust me Deloit center is way better and 1 light year in a front :) . Make sure to make the reservation on booking otherwise you play under their rules. Nothing to do with the staff which was excellent . But for this price you get a really nice hotel in Roma or in France. Double room superior is ok so far. But you are in Moscow and is different. Quality is maybe at Marriot, maybe, and the price is double than in France. Staff at Pekin deserve the tip, but the hotel wont worth the price.

Location is perfect. There are many facilities ie spa, turkish and russian baths etc; however, I could not have time to use them. Considering the market conditions of Moscow hotels, the pricing is also fair.
I do not have any complaint.

I am most impressed with the improvements made since I last stayed at the Peking in 2005/06. The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially the chambermaids Larissa on 6th floor). I was also pleased that the cost of single or double occupancy was the same since my friend decided to stay in Moscow with me. I also liked the service and food at the Radio City Restaurant and enjoyed the band on Friday, July 15, very much. I will continue to stay at the Peking in the futre and will also have students from my college stay there during the last two nights of their study abroad in Russia (at Kostroma State University). See you soon. Jammy

The Peking hotel located close to the city center and the prices are -compared to the other hotels around- quiet low.The food in the restaurant is very good, but it´s always -especially in the evening- very loud (live music).
-
Location - opposite Mayakovskaya Metro and just off Tverskaya street. Hotel has been renovated without losing character. Bar and restaurant food good. Good price for the location by Moscow standards
Bar is often 'drowned' by noisy live music, so forget using the free wifi for work. Breakfast is lacklustre,
-
at this price breakfasr could be better
-
The hotel is an legend itself, location is marvellous in the legendary Stalin era building in the very center of the Moscow, one of the famous skysrappers. Close walk to every place, Mayakovskaya Metro Station just next door, Hotel clean and nice rooms. Price affordable, considering its center of Moscow.
-
I liked this hotel very much! Great location, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Sales manager Elena Dergacheva is a very professional & customer-oriented person.
-
The staff were extremely helpful, it is extremely close to the metro and only a few stops from the Kremlin, it has good food in the restaurant and a nice bar
The single beds were too small
-
Older hotel refurbished nicely. Great Location
